Customer Support

The Wood-Mizer Customer Service Team is available for all your Mechanical, Electrical, Parts, and Technical Service needs.

Wood-Mizer offers reasonable service rates to owners of new and used sawmills. Our network of locations makes service calls even more convenient for the customer.

Emergency Service - Emergency Service is available when service is needed during a specific date and time for on-site mill troubleshooting, repair, and alignment. Please contact your nearest Wood-Mizer location to schedule an appointment.

Service Loops - Service Loops are available for those with flexible scheduling for on-site mill service during the time frames listed below. Our factory trained and certified technicians will assist owners 7 days a week while on the service loop, but should you be unavailable at the time that the technician is serving your area, he will continue on to the next available customer. Each service will receive the Field Service Plan listed below with the ability to have additional service performed beyond the Field Service Plan at an hourly rate. Service loop fees consist of $350 for the Field Service Plan and a $200* destination fee. (Destination fees are higher in the Northeast due to higher travel expenses)
